Ross Bremner
Ayrshire born and raised.
He has over 15 years of experience in the local property market helping clients in Ayr, Kilmarnock, Prestwick, Troon and throughout Ayrshire.
Witnessing first-hand the frustrations of the buying process for clients and the lack of care from agents, this lead him to make the leap with fellow Mortgage expert Graeme to create Envoy; a unique Financial Services proposition that puts clients at the heart.
With a passion for all things property-related, Ross loves what he does. Providing clients access to his industry experience and expert guidance, helps him deliver a service that is truly end-to-end and unrivalled in the industry.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and following his favourite football team.

Graeme Hilley
From the Southside of Glasgow.
He has 13 years experience helping clients with their moves across the city and further afield.
His passion for helping clients beyond the standard industry approach led him to establish Envoy along with fellow director and mortgage expert Ross. Creating a unique financial services proposition that puts people at the heart of its business
With a wealth of experience, Estate Agency knowledge and industry contacts; he prides himself on providing a highly personal service, being available 24/7 for his client.
When he has a spare minute, Graeme enjoys travelling with his fiance, playing tennis and trying new restaurants.

Outside of work, Brogan enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling and creating lasting memories with her daughter, Goldie.
Chloe Heppenstall

Chloe has built an impressive career within the property and mortgage industry, bringing over six years of experience and a thorough understanding of the home-buying journey.
Beginning her career in estate agency, Chloe developed extensive knowledge of the property market and quickly gained a reputation for her ability to negotiate effectively and deliver positive outcomes for clients. This experience provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to guide clients not only through the mortgage process but also through the wider property transaction.
Passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals, Chloe thrives on finding solutions where others see challenges. With almost seven years of experience across lettings, estate agency and mortgage advice, Erin brings a wealth of property industry expertise to her role.
Having worked throughout Ayrshire, Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Edinburgh, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the Scottish property market and the challenges buyers can face along the way. Erin is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership ambitions and prides herself on making the mortgage process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Her client-first approach is centred around clear communication, attention to detail and genuine care for the people she works with. Jagoda Kansy-Hilley

Jagoda brings a unique combination of analytical expertise, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills to her role as a Mortgage & Protection Consultant.
Having previously worked in both education and tax compliance, she has extensive experience operating within highly regulated environments where accuracy, professionalism and client care are essential. This background allows her to provide clear guidance and simplify what can often feel like a complex financial process.
Jagoda is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions, whether they are purchasing their first property, moving home, remortgaging or protecting their family’s financial future. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout every stage of their journey.
Originally from Poland and now firmly settled in Scotland, Jagoda balances family life with an active lifestyle and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, keeping fit and playing squash.
Laina Bremner

As a Mortgage & Protection Consultant, Laina is passionate about helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions with confidence and clarity.
Before entering the mortgage industry, Laina built a successful career in social work, developing strong skills in communication, advocacy and problem solving. This experience shaped her people-first approach and gives her a unique ability to understand clients’ individual circumstances and provide meaningful support throughout the mortgage process.
Laina is committed to delivering clear, straightforward advice and ensuring her clients feel informed and reassured from their initial enquiry through to completion and beyond.

Meryn Stewart
Mortgage and Protection Consultant
Born and bred in the Southside of Glasgow, Meryn waves the flag for the South of the city and you will regularly find her in the local beer gardens or food spots enjoying a margarita or two whenever she can get the chance!
Following her love of all things property, Meryn’s mortgage career started in estate agency 8 years ago, and more notably she has spent the last 6 years leading the mortgage office at an independent financial advisers firm in Glasgow. She has now joined the team at Envoy to continue her journey, and being nominated as Regional Best Broker for Glasgow in 2022 at the Scottish Mortgage Awards, Meryn prides herself on delivering the same outstanding service to all her clients. Meryn has a passion for advising on complex mortgage cases, with extensive experience in self employed clients, and enjoys that no two days are ever the same in this industry! A friendly and welcoming character, you are in safe hands with Meryn looking after you.

Robyn has over 7 years experience working in both estate agency and financial services. Having gained invaluable experience In both buying and selling properties for clients we can confidently say if your looking to secure your new home then Robyn is the broker for you.
Outside of work Robyn enjoys spending time with her partner and their two lovely Jack Russell’s Milo and Theo . When she has time , she enjoys training in the gym and spending time with friends.
Steffi Docherty
Mortgage and Protection Consultant
Born and raised in Coatbridge, graduated with a BscHons degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Strathclyde University
Her passion for numbers, property and working in a busy, people-fueled environment lead her into a career in financial services.
Steffi has a vast amount of experience helping clients buy across North Lanarkshire, extensive contacts in local agents combined with best in class knowledge of the market makes her the ideal broker to help if you are looking to buy your first home, next home or an investment property.
A passion for connecting people and property, she loves being part of the customers Journey from A to Keys.
Outside of work, Steffi is a dance coach at her childhood dance academy where she loves to watch the kids progress each week! She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

Kirsty Smith
With more than a decade of industry experience, Kirsty plays a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the housebuilders and developers Envoy Financial partners with.
As New Build Account Manager, she specialises in the new homes sector and has an in-depth understanding of the mortgage products, incentives and schemes available to buyers purchasing newly built properties. Her expertise allows her to support both developers and clients throughout the home-buying journey.
Kirsty is particularly passionate about promoting the benefits of modern, energy-efficient homes and helping buyers understand the financial advantages and green living incentives often available when purchasing a new build property.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending live music events and concerts.
Karolina Piekarniak
Karolina plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of Envoy Financial, ensuring both clients and advisers receive the support they need to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Finance, Investment and Risk, Karolina built a successful career within the mortgage industry, where she developed extensive knowledge of the sector alongside a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
As Operations Manager, she oversees critical business processes, helping to ensure applications progress efficiently and clients receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to completion.
Originally from Poland and now based in Glasgow, Karolina enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and exploring new cuisines through her passion for cooking.

Lucy Docherty
Lucy is from Coatbridge, where she has lived all her life, and has recently completed five years at the University of Glasgow. She is due to graduate in June with a degree in History.
With a background in customer service since leaving school, Lucy brings great experience and a people-first approach to the team. She is looking forward to learning new skills and building her career with Envoy.
